YTL unit to launch The Maple this week

Sentul Raya Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Land & Development Sdn Bhd, will launch The Maple, its maiden residential development in Sentul West, this weekend.
The project is located on prime freehold land and fronts Malaysia's first ever private gated park - The Park at Sentul West.
It would comprised two 30-storey towers with a total of 318 units, Sentul Raya said in a statement.
Priced from RM388,000 for built-up areas ranging from 1,535 to 1,707 sq ft, The Maple comes with three bedrooms and a utility room.
Each unit comes with two covered parking bays with strata title.
YTL Corp Bhd deputy managing director Datuk Yeoh Seok Kian said developments located around the KLCC Park were priced at an average of RM700 per sq ft and had shown 20% appreciation in value.
“Likewise, we believe that The Maple, competitively priced at an average of RM250 per sq ft, is set to enjoy similar capital gains in the coming years,” he said. – Bernama
