Property Report, 23 October 2012 The Malaysian Luxury Property Market is becoming ever more sophisticated, with a friendly regulatory framework for investment, attractive incentives for second-home buyers, evolving architectural and design trends, and an accessible market that will soon spoil international buyers with choices. YTL Land clinches 7 awards at CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2009 PR, 16 July 2009 Out of the seven awards won, four were awarded for Centrio - YTL Land's newest offering in Pantai Hillpark, an exclusive hub of SOHO (Small Office, Home Office) suites, boutique offices and trendy retail stores that promises a new age of working and living in the city. The four awards won are 'Best Mixed Development' and 'The Architecture Award' under the Commercial category and Centrio's SOHO suites were recognized for 'Best Architecture' and 'Best Property Marketing' in the Residential category. YTL Corporation's maiden property in neighbouring Singapore also scored two wins for Sandy Island luxury villas winning 'Best Development' and 'Best Development Marketing'.
